Making an online
reservation is easy. Just complete the reservations
making sure that you have given us your
e-mail address and send it us. As soon we
receive your request we will contact your
chosen hotel to confirm the reservation
. It is our policy to reply to all request
within 1 or 2 working days.
Normally hotels do
not ask for a deposit when making a booking,
however at times if high demand us as Public
holidays they may do. When a deposit is
required this can be done using your credit
card. You have the choice of using the on-line
credit card payment scheme or by printing
a copy of the debit authority, completing
your card details, sign the form and fax
it to us.
If your plans change
and you need to cancel your reservations,
please let us know as early as possible
so that we can notify the hotel. There is
no cancellation charge. We aim to provide
information and the most competitive room
rates.
Not all taxi drivers
in Thailand are fluent in English so we
have written the name and address of the
hotel in Thai on the location map in each
hotel page. Simply print it out before leaving
home and hand it to the driver as you get
into the taxi.
We guarantee that
all information given to us will be treated
in the strictest confidence and will never
be passed on to a third party.
