The YourRooms.com price
policy guarantees you the lowest rates available on
the internet when you make full pre-payment over the
intertnet
For your convenience, our rates
are in US Dollars (US$) and Thai Baht (THB), and include
all taxes and service charges. When you book with YourRooms.com
you never have to pay more.

Low price policy |
|
YourRooms.com works with a variety
of travel wholesalers who buy blocks of hotel rooms
at special discounts to bring you the absolutely lowest
rates available. If you have reserved a hotel room through
Thailand Hotels Discounter and then show us that you
could book the same room for the same dates in advance
cheaper through another source, our agents will immediately
contact our supplier network. In over 97% of the cases,
we can beat that price!!
(Please note that this refers to advance reservations,
and is valid until you have given final confirmation
of your reservation.

Reservation policy |
|
YourRooms.com offers credit card
payment directly from our web site. Our booking system
requires full payment in advance, however your card
will not be debited your selected hotel confirms the
booking. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, JCB
and SCB.
Your credit card will be charged
for your hotel stay and will appear on your statement
as a debit by

Cancellations & No Show Policy |

Cancellation

+21 - 14 Days before
|
There is a 5% administration
charge.

13 - 7 Days before
|
There is a 10% administration
charge.

6 - 3 Days before
|
There is a 25% charge by
the hotel which we pass onto you.
|
|
2 - 0 Days before
|
The Hotel will charge the
full amount.
|
Cancellations must be made in
writing, quoting the booking reference number, either
by Fax to +66 76238-887 or e-mail to booking@yourrooms.com.
A cancellation receipt will be
sent to you with a cancellation code number. Please
do not consider your booking cancelled until you have
received the cancellation receipt.
No Show
If you do not cancel your booking and fail to check
in to the hotel, the cost of one-night's stay plus the
5% or THB500 will be charged to your credit card.
Please Note: We reserve the
right to levy full room charges for cancellations and
no shows, in instances where the hotel stipulates the
same in its own cancellation and no show policy.

Credit Card Refund |
|
Refunds will be paid directly
to your credit card account and will be processed in
a timely manner. It can take from 10 to 45 days for
payment to reach your account, depending upon the billing
cycle of your credit card company.

|
Credit Card Decline |
|
If your credit card is rejected,
we will offer you the option to send the details of
an alternative card. We can only guarantee your reservation
if you send the details of an alternative card within
36 hours.
|
|
Alterations to Reservations |
|
Reservations may be altered for
a handling fee of THB250 (approx. US$6) for reduction
in length of stay or number of rooms. There is no handling
fee for alterations requiring additional rooms or increase
in the length of stay, although such amendment are subject
to availability of rooms.
Alterations requiring refund of payment (reduction in
length of stay or number of rooms), are subject to a
handling fee equivalent to 5% or THB500 (approx. US$12),
whichever is greater.

Check-In/Out Time |
|
Subject to the policy of the
hotels displayed on our website, the check-in time is
twelve noon (12:00PM) and the check-out time is twelve
noon (12:00PM)

Agency |
|
Wide Discovery Ltd. Partnership
sells products and services as an agent for wholesale
companies and other suppliers of services, including
accommodation and transportation services.
